After submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link.

Before the Class

Please join the class on time - ideally 5 minutes before the class starts - so you are ready to begin comfortably.

During the class, Asuka may ask participants to turn on their cameras so she can check and gently correct posture when needed.

To ensure the best experience for everyone, participants will be muted during the class.
